By accessing the website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this website. Any changes automatically take effect when these terms are updated. Continued use of the website following such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. 

 

Responsibility for Travel Services: 

  • Supplier Performance: Fly Bird Travels shall not be held responsible for the failure of travel service suppliers, including airlines, consolidators, and insurance providers, to perform the services offered by them. 
  • No Guarantees: Fly Bird Travels, by providing travel coordination, does not guarantee the services provided by any supplier or their financial situation. Any loss experienced due to poor financial conditions is not the responsibility of Fly Bird Travels. 
  • Refund Recourse: In the event of a supplier’s failure, the sole recourse for a refund lies with the defaulting supplier, from insurance covering defaults, if any, or from another responsible third party unless caused by Fly Bird Travels. 
  • Customer Recourse: Customers may pursue recourse against a defaulting supplier for a refund, as allowed by law or statute. Fly Bird Travels assumes no responsibility for actions beyond its control. 

Liability for Travel Services: 

  • Fare and Schedule Changes: Fly Bird Travels will not be liable for fluctuations in fare or changes in schedule, equipment, or accommodation occurring after payment for such services. 
  • Supplier Unreliability: Fly Bird Travels holds no responsibility for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence arising from the unreliability of any supplier of Travel products. 

Endorsement and External Links: 

  • Advertiser Products: Fly Bird Travels does not endorse any products or services advertised on its website. 
  • External Links: Fly Bird Travels may provide links to other websites. Users are advised that using these links is at their own risk, and Fly Bird Travels does not endorse these websites. 

Refunds: 

  • Non-Refundable: All tickets and fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, and changes are subject to the specified change penalties. If you wish to change the dates on your purchased ticket, the change penalty may vary and start from $375.00 per ticket/passenger. Additional charges may apply, including fare and tax differences.  

Credit Card Payments: 

  • Payment Details: Ticket costs and fees may appear as separate charges on credit card statements, potentially under the name of the airline or their consolidators or Fly Bird Travels. 
  • Accepted Cards: Fly Bird Travels accepts most credit cards issued in the USA. Third-party credit cards are not accepted. 
  • Debit Cards: Payment with Mastercard or Visa debit cards is accepted, but customers must ensure sufficient daily balance or limit for the purchase. 

Credit Card Disputes / Chargebacks: 

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers placing disputes or chargebacks agree to pay all fees incurred by Fly Bird Travels, including chargeback and processing fees, as well as any legal fees. 
  • Legal Disputes: In case of legal disputes, all claims must be brought in a court located in Johnson County, State of Kansas, USA. 

No Waiver: 

  • Enforcement: No failure on the part of Fly Bird Travels to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any rights, past or future. 
  • Written Waiver: Only a written waiver signed by an authorized representative of Fly Bird Travels shall have legal effect. 

Security Standards: 

All transactions are secured in a Premium Web Server. We use a high-class 256-bit extended Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption mechanism to ensure secure transmission of transactions and safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized use over the Internet.
